A roadmap with quarters is a sales document. This isn't one.

Coverage over calendar

We ship a vector when the source is defensible, the citations hold up, and the detector survives a red-team. Not before — even if the slide deck wanted it Q2.

Depth before breadth

A pivot that flakes 1 in 50 is worse than no pivot at all. We would rather ship four iron-clad transforms than forty flaky ones.

Compounding, not splashy
